Will I get a confirmation after ordering?

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations may be approved only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Are your bags in stock?

Most items listed on our website are based on available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with an update.

Will the product look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to display our bags as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may happen due to lighting, photography, or screen display.

What materials are your bags made from?

Material details are included on each product page where available. Please check the product description before placing your order.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Nigeria.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Kano: 1 to 3 business days
  • Outside Kano: 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees depend on your location. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may send you a dispatch or delivery update through the contact details you provided.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
