Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At MGist, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be approved for items purchased from our website.

2. Eligible Returns

We may accept a return or exchange only if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • you received a damaged item
  • you received an item with a clear defect

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging, tags, or accessories where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • items bought on sale or discount, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
  • items that have been used, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • change-of-mind purchases, except where approved at our discretion

4. Return Request Window

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem.

Your message should include:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos showing the problem

5. Return Approval

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return, exchange, or refund request has been approved.

If approved, we will provide the next steps for returning the item.

6. Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • the item must be unused and in resellable condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • all tags, labels, and included parts must still be attached or included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • we confirm that the item delivered was wrong, damaged, or defective
  • and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or exchange

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please allow a reasonable processing time after approval.

If you received the wrong item or an item with a verified issue, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • store credit
  • a refund where applicable

9. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged item, or confirmed product defect.

MGist is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit unless otherwise agreed.

10. Late or Incomplete Returns

Items returned late, used, incomplete, or in poor condition may not qualify for a refund.
