We currently deliver within Nigeria.

At this time, our main delivery focus is:

  • Other selected locations across Nigeria

If delivery is not available to your area, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Kano: 1 to 3 business days
  • Outside Kano: 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather conditions, logistics delays, or other factors outside our control.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.

Delivery cost will either:

  • appear at checkout, or
  • be confirmed before dispatch where applicable

Shipping fees are separate from product prices unless clearly stated otherwise.

MGist is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the address provided is incorrect
  • the phone number is unreachable
  • the recipient is unavailable

the customer may be required to pay any additional redelivery cost.

9. Delays

While we do our best to meet our delivery timelines, delays may happen due to:

  • courier issues
  • weather
  • public holidays
  • high order volume
  • events outside our control

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, MGist is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
